Human life has greater bonds with the buds of cotton. The invention of the possibilities of using the cotton fiber to make thread, clothe and garments was the first step of civilization. But the use of cotton as the absorbent material to be applied on the bleeding part to help the blood clot was perhaps the marvelous step forward in the history of surgical wading and bandaging. The use of cotton for surgical needs assured the infection free treatments and fast healing process too. In the History of wound care, Gamgee was the first to introduce the use of absorbent quality of cotton wool as the wound care which with its magical absorbent quality acted as a catalyst to help the blood clot and the softness and elasticity of such pads supported the patients luxuriously comfortable. In modern times with the advent of hygienic awareness among the people, the use of cotton buds and swabs has not just remained limited to medical field only but it has reached to the toilet tables of the ladies too where these soft and versatile cotton material is used as cleansers and to apply cleansing solutions.

Our production and packaging lines for cotton swabs & cotton balls are studded with automatic Swiss Technology which functions on full automation with minimal of manual interference. The plant is also equipped with high speed extrusion lines for cotton buds tubing and computerized Injection molding machines for plastic packaging.
At our production and processing units, all the products are manufactured under strict quality control procedures. The entire production line remains under expert vigil and supervision of highly trained personnel. Rigorous quality checks, with on-line quality control systems maintain the super hygienic standards of our products. Apart from these, we have special quality control personnel who ensure the quality standards of the product.
